The pool and irrigation side of things is where DAMAC Hills differs most from a standard villa community. A pool circulation pump losing pressure, a filtration line clogging with garden debris, or an irrigation zone that's stopped triggering on schedule are all regular call-outs, and diagnosing them properly means checking the whole system rather than just the last visible fitting. Because plots here are larger, outdoor supply runs are also longer, which means more valves, more joints, and more potential points for a slow leak to develop unnoticed under a lawn or flower bed before it surfaces as a damp patch or a spike on the water bill.

Inside the villas themselves, we see a similar profile to other premium DAMAC and post-handover communities — shower mixers that weren't torqued down fully, water heater isolation valves fitted the wrong way round, and the occasional smart home fitting that just needs a proper walkthrough rather than a repair.
