Knowledge Village is a TECOM free zone tucked between Dubai Internet City and Dubai Media City on Al Sufouh Road, and the plumbing work here looks nothing like a residential job. Most of what we get called out for sits inside shared office floors and business centres — a pantry mixer tap that's seized up, a washroom cistern that won't stop running after hours, or a small hot water unit under a kitchenette sink that's finally given out. Food court and ground-floor retail units bring a different set of problems — grease build-up in kitchen drains, blocked floor traps near dishwashing stations, and water heaters that run almost continuously through service hours and wear out faster than a typical office unit. We coordinate with the outlet or facilities manager directly, since most of these units need sign-off before any work starts and some require the drain line to be flushed outside peak hours so service isn't interrupted.
