Every unit in Mudon comes with its own small front and back garden, and irrigation lines run close to the property boundary in a fairly standard layout across each sub-community. When a garden tap or drip line starts leaking, it's rarely obvious from the surface since the pipe usually sits just under the lawn or planting bed, so tracing it without tearing up the whole garden takes a bit of know-how. Townhouses here also share side walls with neighbouring units, and a leak on one side can occasionally travel along a shared wall cavity before it shows up as a damp patch somewhere unexpected.

Because most Mudon properties are still within or just past their developer warranty period, timing matters — a fault reported and documented early can sometimes still fall under the builder's responsibility, so we're often called in for a second opinion or an independent inspection report before a homeowner goes back to raise a warranty claim.
